Function of the whole machine
◆Paper feed:chain push paper feed.
◆Paper feed rller:the upper shaft adopts embossing paper feed wheel,the lower shaft adopts steel embossing roler,the surace is plated with hard chromium,to ensure the smooth feeding of cardboard and do not damage the corrugated paper.
◆Printing roller:can use advanced,simple and practical hook groove hanging plate (optional).Loading and unloading plates can be independently controlled by foot switches.Phase adjustment adopts non-stop 360-degree electric digital adjustment,which can be automatically adjusted according to the error input data.
◆Ink circuit system.
◆Mesh roller adopts steel 200 wire/220 wire combined mesh roller.
◆Rubber roller is made of natural oil resistant,acid and alkali resistant rubber.
◆Stop the ink,shortime stop the ink circuit work,free cleaning to ensure the quality of the printing,so that the ink color is consistent. ◆Slotting part(optional):slotting part electric 360-degree orientation adjustment.
◆The whole machine pneumatic control,with counting,alarm,after the machine operation functions.
